In addition, they can be used as temporary through-holes for cabling and tubing. This larger version of our time-tested TA495 Access Ports have a clear opening of 4.80" (122 mm) diameter and is installed through a 5.52" (140 mm) diameter hole. Gasket, washer and mounting nut are furnished. Designed for mounting on a smooth, flat surface; may not seal tightly if surface is curved, domed or too rough. The TA595-3 has a 1.050" (26 mm) diameter hole in cover for mounting Series TA238 , TA240-R , TA330 , TA333-R or TA340-R Two-Way Pressure Relief Valves. (Order valves separately) The TA595-4 has a 1.265 in (32 mm) diameter hole in cover for mounting a TA440 Breather Valve. (Order valves separately) The TA595-5 has a 2.015" (52 mm) diameter hole in cover for mounting a TA770-R Two-Way Pressure Relief Valve. (Order valves separately) Tamper-Proof: Holes through cover and flange of Access Port are provided for safety wiring and an inspector's seal. Materials and Finishes: Housing hard anodized, other aluminum alloys conversion coated per MIL-DTL-5541. Stainless steel cover, passivated. Buna-N o-ring and gasket. Torque Value for Spanner Nut: 200 lb. in. (22.50 N•m) Rated Pressure: 2.5 PSID Required mounting hole diameter: 5.520 + 0.030 / - 0.015 inches The TA595 (solid cover)is appropriate for use on NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13 enclosures, as well as I66/IP67 enclosures.
